Mr. OLADEJI, BOLADE- Director Admin & Human Resource

Oladeji Bolade is Deputy Director (Admin. & HR). he is a human resource development strategist with well over two decades of professional experience and competence. He joined the State Civil Service in the year 2000, and holds a Masters Degree in Industrial and Labour Relations (MILR), UNILAG, 2010 and Bachelors of Arts Degree in Philosophy (B.A. Hons.), Edo State University, now (AAU), 1997. 

Since joining the employment of the State Government, he has remained consistent, disciplined, diligent, focused in his commitment and loyalty to service. He had served in various ministries   and capacities with varying degrees of experience and exposure to Human Resource Management, Public Service Policies, among others.

He is a seasoned management consultant, strategic communication expert;  with core competence and exposure in Management & Training, Leadership & Work Ethics, Industrial Relations & Conflict Resolutions, Performance Management, among others. 

Oladeji is also into Research with cross functional experience across sectors of the economy. He has also served as lead consultant/facilitator at Seminars and Workshops within and outside the country.  

A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, CIPMN and member of the UK Speech Writers Guild (European Speech Writers Union, Bournemouth, UK).   Oladeji is happily married with children.
