ESV. OLAWALE IBRAHEEM ABDULLAH-Head, Estate Service Dept.

ESV. Olawale Ibraheem Abdullah was born on the 8th of July 1964. He attended Saint Patrick Catholic School Sabo Yaba, Lagos (1969-1975). He also attended CMS Grammar school Bariga Lagos (1977-1982).

He bagged his OND in Estate Management at Lagos State College of Science and Technology (LACOSTECH) 1982 – 1985. He went further to obtain HND in Estate Management at the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi (1986-1988).

He had the opportunity of working with Muri Adi Associate 1990 and Adefila Akinsomi Salako and partners 1990.

Wale Abdullah joined the Lagos State Government Service in July 1990 as a Higher Technical Officer on grade level 8 and has risen to the position of a Director on GL 17. He worked in Lagos State Valuation Office for 15 years and worked in Lands Bureau for another 15 years before he was posted to Lagos State Urban Renewal Agency (LASURA) where he is currently the Director of Estate Services Department.

He is a member of so many professional bodies and institutions including the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), African Real Estate Federation (AFRES), International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).

He is also a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Administration. He has served on so many committees within the Service of Lagos State Government and out of the service including being appointed recently by the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers as the Secretary of a special committee on collapsed buildings in Nigeria.
